Although her characters are more aged around the late twentys to mid mscalister I find it completely refreshing especially in this new adult rage that is coming out of the works at the moment.

But when Amy — a financial analyst – gives a virtual reality game a try to keep her daughter quiet, reality, as she knows it ceases. With the promise to make officer before she quits and gives up on the game, Amy signs on as Earless Erika you need a piratical name, right?

Definitely some This is another fun and sexy story by MacAlister in a rather original setting. There was no way putting pressure on that would help matters.

Four years, then ziiiiiiiip! Katie MacAlister is living up to her expectations with this scifi-esque romance. At first, Corbin appears to Amy as a chiseled blond beefcake, but when Amy points out she would never go for a man who looks like him, Corbin changes his avatar to match his real body—which is a bit soft in kaatie, but still handsome in a realistic way. After about five minutes of traditional fencing, he md went Errol Flynn on me, leaping onto a nearby table and yelling a war cry as he flung himself off it.

Bas short for Bastard is an orphan boy with a ratty pet parrot named Bran. Reality seems very far off while Amy and Corbin fight to say alive. I felt like the book took itself just a bit too seriously to be considered humorous, if everything had been a bit more exaggerated, I would have liked it better. What they also discover is that they’re caught inside the game–in a trap set by a disgruntled employee–and must work together to save the game and themselves.

Still, he was a virtual Lothario, not a real one, so I could handle him. Amy agrees in the hope of humoring her child, but donw she winds up in macalisterr middle of an amazingly detailed world and right in the path of Corbin, one hot pirate captain who turns out to be one of the game’s creators.

Though I have only had the pleasure to read a few so far, I can’t say enough about Katie MacAlister’s books. I really, really disliked it.

This book just caused me to have an existential crisis. It wasn’t very serious and there weren’t lots of issues to deal with. Corbin’s best friend is only there to push Corbin and Amy together that much faster, and the bad guy is pure cardboard.

I clamped down for a moment on the rest of my thoughts, then figured what the hell. A little voice deep inside of me let out a cheer, but it was quickly squelched as another rumble brought me back to the present and reality. Sunlight filtered down through the overhang of the two buildings, spilling onto a lumpy cobblestone street behind the alley. A Tale of Two Vampires. All up A great story with laugh out loud moments and some awesome story, this is the type of book you bring to the beach or having coffee etc I will be continuing on with all Katie MacAlisters works for forever I love her that much As I was about to click the Create Pirate button, a tremendous crash of thunder hit simultaneously with a blinding flash of lightning.

I was in the mood for this kind of book and I was interested, and I thought the ending was relatively appropriate but kind of dumb, but it was fine.

It was ok but I found it confusing at times. Two men in what I though of as typical pirate outfits—breeches, jerkin, swords strapped to their hips, and bandanas on their heads—walked by, one giving me a leer as I clutched the corner of the nearest building.
