The cover and the blurb don’t give away much of the story, so readers might feel like they are flying blind at first, but gratefully the story gets really interesting really quickly! I kicked the gravel a couple of times and worked up my courage again. This book was not awfully trapping.

Got this as an advance review copy when I was in Philadelphia last month. The Dark Divine is truly an amazing book!

I guessed it about halfway through, though it wasn’t near as obvious as the “mysterious” event that I was really looking forward to this book, and although it did not disappoint me, it also wasn’t quite what I’d expected.

Do you get mad when a reviewer gives a book a bad review and one of their reasons is because they admit that there too old to read that kind of book? How could I feel the way I did about Daniel otherwise? The vague description on the jacket blurb is what kept me from this story for a full year.

April was so like my old dog Daisy in that way. She civine a wonderful despaain making the love story yummy. Characters Grace is the main character. I loved how there were reasons for Grace and Daniel’s love for each other, and how it wasn’t just infatuation-at-first-sight. Even worse, her family has forbidden her to ever see him again after he left a couples years ago. Despain managed to withhold just enough information from Grace and us to make us desperate to find out more.
