Mzsters this is one of the most comprehensive textbooks written on rhinoplasty to date, some additional topics should have been covered, and there are some areas I wish were addressed in greater detail. The book consists of 72 chapters in skrgery volumes written by 59 experienced rhinoplasty surgeons, the majority of them from the United States. It is probably the most comprehensive book written on rhinoplasty to date and is an essential reference book for any surgeon who performs rhinoplasty.
Nasal Surgery by the Masters addresses almost every aspect of nasal surgery about which the rhinoplasty surgeon would ehinoplasty to know. There are a plethora of excellent case examples throughout the text, with numerous intraoperative photos and before and after photo sets.
With the preponderance of acellular dermal matrix use in general, its increased use in rhinoplasties, and the increasing number of types available on the market, the use of acellular dermal matrix in the nose probably deserves more formal coverage in the next edition. The final section presents personal approaches and philosophies from 7 leading rhinoplasty surgeons: There are rhinpplasty 4 additional chapters on different ethnic noses.
