On paper it seems like it’d get knocked out really easily, but then if any one of those brgade lands in the right spot, it’ll destroy MEQ troops. Of all the regiments of the Imperial Guard, they are the most grim and fatalistic, both in appearance krief in spirit due to the standard years of civil war in a nuclear wasteland that the inhabitants of their homeworld inflicted on themselves.
Colonel Jurten, commander of the 83 rd Krieg Imperial Guard regiment, gathered to him all those still loyal to the Imperium, and struck back against the rebellion, choosing to unleash the horror of atomic bombardment upon those who had forsaken the Emperor. I just took a glance over thier fluff and it really leapt out at me.

Krieg had become a blasted, irradiated wasteland, barely inhabitable by humans. The siege list can run a commissar general deatj 2 engineer ov for relatively cheap which makes things very interesting. Within a secret Adeptus Mechanicus storage facility located deep below Hive Ferrograd, Colonel Jurten, with his loyal Mechanicus ally, Archmagos Greel, moved to unlock the facility and to unleash the forbidden and ancient weapons within.

The deployment of the regiments from the Death Korps of Krieg was immediately successful, despite the misgivings of some of the regiments they served alongside. There are orders presented in IA12 as well.

Plus they look super cool. Unfortunately as of IA: I’m not au fait with the Krieg lists in detail so someone else will have to clarify allying the two lists together. Full tracking of what you have read so you can skip to your first bribade post, easily see what has changed since you last logged in, and easily see what is new at a glance.
Got some much needed help from a friendly user, and revised the list a little bit. Feel free to ask me anything specific! With that in mind I prefer to run one platoon with a pair of plasma guns, one with a pair of meltaguns, and one with a flamer and grenade launcher with the special weapons on the Infantry Squads.
That way you won’t lose out and can only gain if your opponent agrees. Infantry regiments, mechanised infantry and armoured regiments are all known, but by far the most common use of Krieg’s manpower is as siege regiments.

They’re all horribly out of date. The minds and characters of the young prospective Guardsmen are purposefully broken and remade stronger, just as their bodies are trained to withstand hardship and endure suffering that would kill other men — a task already begun by the mere fact of living a life on blighted Krieg. Countless millions of Krieg soldiers had already been shipped to Vraks to wage the early years of a siege campaign planned to last a only a solar decade.
Assault Brigade DKK with Siege DKK allies?
His orders were to resist with all means at his disposal, to engage the enemy, to punish their treachery and emerge victorious — whatever the cost. The official army lists would be found in very expensive forge world books.
Below is what I use as well as a picture of all my Krieg, so some list concessions have been made for the asssault I own. Are they just a paint up of guard? By the direct order of the High Lords of Terra nothing was to be allowed to interfere with this purpose.

The Renegades and Heretics list gave their list’s version pinning. This topic has been archived. I checked your thread earlier and you have an absolutely gorgeous Death Korp army! They can be counted on over most deaht Imperial regiments to hold their ground and when advancing prefer a massive offensive over an extended front with a rolling barrage of artillery support.
Then some mobile elements for grabbing objectives. Death Korps of Krieg: Although it appears only Siege Regiment list is allowed to rock earthshaker cannons with artillery carriage, but i can instead pick basilisk artillery tanks, which have the same gun, but are mobile and more expensive.
Any advice more than apprediaced! Though Krieg was returned to Imperial briyade with little fanfare or regard, the Departmento Munitorum took note. In fact my death korp army is sitting in assalut box in my room awaiting to be assembled and painted.
I have seen LRBT tank lists come dead last at tourneys. The Loyalists slowly re-took their blasted world in the name of the Emperor over fifteen generations of terrible bloody attrition — trench-by-trench and tunnel-by-tunnel — with bayonet, brutality and when needed, atomic fire. Gas masks are conventionally viewed as a second skin, as soldiers are trained to permanently operate with them if required. At Hakugyokurou, one left and half a person boarded. The survivors from Jurten’s nuclear purge were forced to exist in underground bunkers or deep in the radioactive chem-wastes of the Hive World, as their descendants do to this day.
