The writing was very descriptive, too descriptive for my taste, but that is how my boy Oscar rolls, and I know I know after having read a considerable amount of his works that that is just his writing style, and I accepted it in his novel, and tolerate it in his poetry, but this is a short story, so I could not look past that in here.
