Ivan thinks Parker is “taken” so runs. The Traitor Lords Saga.
I didn’t really like Ivan, Parker was sweet if a little naive. Otherwise, I fear the plot devices sometimes stretched the boundaries of credibility to the limit—beginning with Parker conveniently advertising for a room mate at the right time to involve Bekker. Book 2 of the series Liked the storyline cove was a little too predictable. A quick read, that was fun enough, but didn’t have a great deal of substance. Parker still sees himself as a fat pu who does not k.c.gurn a chance at a relationship with Ivan.
Though Ivan is under investigation for his part in the shooting, his boss sends him on an off-the-books undercover operation to close Detective Ivan Bekker has hit rock bottom. It was so frustrating seeing if they would finally get together.

That’s sort of illegal and against all department policies. By KC Burn 3 reviews.
Book Two Detective Ivan Bekker has hit rock bottom. However, there is something very likable about Parker and how his feelings for Ivan develop. When Ivan comes across clear evidence of Parker’s criminal involvement, he has to choose: Inutile dirvi che dal seguito mi aspettavo molto: Police procedure here is laughable.
In the end, this was still a great book. Though Ivan is under investigation for his part in the shooting, his boss sends him on an off-the-books undercover operation to close the case. Surprisingly I look forward to Rick and Ian’s story. Also, Ivan’s a pretty terrible cop. Dec 15, Nic rated it liked it Shelves: Return to Book Page.

It’s like the book was written solely so Ivan and Parker could hook up.
KC Burn Week Review: Cover Up
Not only is he recovering from a bad breakup with a cheating boyfriend, he’s also involved in a drug bust gone bad. The plot was unbelievable and it took a long time for action to happen. I almost felt bad for the guy.
Ivan is seriously thinking of a different career because this constant undercover work is really killing him.
That sounds like a bad reality TV show. Throw in a too-trusting policeman, Ivan, a too-innocent yet supposed bad guy, Parker, as well as a sprinkle of insta-love, and the whole story seemed rather implausible to me. And with no proof, no evidence. The animosity coming from both men is palpable, though Parker remains somewhat clueless to the situation. Kurt, in particular, really comes through for Ivan when things could have gone disastrously wrong for them both.
Toronto Tales 2 Heroes: This doesn’t have quite the same umph that Cop Out had for me, and it was extremely predictible. While getting to know Parker, Ivan starts to believe that there is no way Parker can be the man his boss believes he is, all the while falling for him. I found myself screaming at Parker to stand up to that doofus, which only speaks to the presentation of Burn’s story.
In this story Ivan who was mentioned slightly in book one, gets his story.

The timing is critical—this could coevr their chance to k.c.bugn a leak in the department. What was one of the most memorable moments of Cover Up, Toronto Tales? Who was your favorite character and why? And, honestly Ivan, you should consider going into a different line of work because you SUCK as a cop.
