I enjoyed the positive nature of this book, and it was nice to learn more about the practices of a company to joselh I’ve devoted a large portion of my coffee patronage.
El principio 3 es mi favorito: It is a testament to how much effort the company puts into employee training though. It devotes a chapter to each of Starbucks’ five principles with thinking points at the end of each chapter that anyone can apply to their own business.

Insights are few and far between. I think “be welcoming, be genuine, be considerate, be knowledgeable, and be involved” page sums it up well. I personally believe every church and pastor could learn truths in this book that would assist them experjencia reaching more of their community for Christ.

For anyone who wants to learn from the best-and be the best-The Starbucks Experience is a rich, heady brew of unforgettable user-friendly ideas. We want to be loved. Mar 11, weiyein rated it it was ok. Okay, we understood on page 5 what a great and ingenius company Starbucks was Books by Joseph A. It just went on and on and on I can understand that not every country can be included in the book however the social and cultural aspect in this part of the world should be a much more interesting reading rather than some bullshit story about how their Barista offer extra service to customers.
Lists with This Book. I didn’t even realize I had this on my bookshelves until I was clearing it out. Especially in fxperiencia circles where you need lots of fodder for your weekly meetings I’ve read all the Starbucks books I can get my hands on, so I’m going to compare this one to it’s cousins.
