Shilstone is a trainer of great renown and deals with athletes who are able to easily conform to a complex diet that includes fairly expensive supplements.

I’m hoping to pick up a few interesting ideas from this one. He is a trainer in New Orleans who has trained a number of pro boxers and taken them to the next level and, more recently, started a couple of different training programs for us regular folks.
